DOG/CAT LICENSE APPLICATION

Please be advised that license tags and current rabies vaccination certificates for dogs are required at 4 months of age per Victorville Municipal Code, Sections 7.04.050 and 7.04.090.

To License by Mail:  Complete the application form below and return with your appropriate fees and a rabies vaccination certificate valid for at least six (6) months.  If your dog is altered (spayed or neutered), please enclose that certificate also.    The rabies certificate and spay/neuter certificate will be mailed back to you along with your dog license and tag. 

To License in Person:  Bring a rabies certificate valid for at least six (6) months to Victorville City Hall, Cashier, 14343 Civic Drive, Victorville.  Also bring proof of spaying/neutering if applicable.  Licenses are available from the cashier Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and every other Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Vouchers:  The City of Victorville offers vouchers that will pay $100 of the spay/neuter procedure at participating veterinarians when you license your unaltered dog.  Please request a voucher if you are interested in this program.

Cat Licensing:  Volunteer cat licensing is available.  If you wish to license your cat, please complete the form below.  Although not currently mandatory, licensing a cat will help him to be reunited with his owner should he become lost or injured.
