First of all I'd like to say
none of this would be possible with out your kind
donations and our very giving foster homes! Since this organization
was founded in 2001 we have continued to grow each year. We will continue to help private parties
place their
pets or pets they have rescued. We will continue to alert full breed
rescues of any full breed dog or cat in a local shelter and help
transport them if we can. We will continue to take in special needs and
injured animals from the public and local shelters. In 2004 we rescued 187
pets, 111 were sent to other reputable rescues and 76 found new homes
through our adoption program. We have had many cases in which we were able to provide aid to
abandoned, sick and injured pets. The most memorable may be the Australian
Shepherd with 2 broken arms and a displaced elbow. What an amazing dog.
"Lucky", originally named "Whitefeather"
was a dog that could teach us all a lesson about determination and spirit.
He touched everyone that met him by his amazing disposition and will to
walk again. Now he RUNS!! Read his story in the
