We had to "buy" freedom for 3 peacocks being kept in poor conditions. $300 to get them out!

Chico has a bent pin in his leg from a prior surgery. He may have had another accident while running loose. He won't use his front paw for a while but he is being spoiled in a new home.

Nobel- a 7 year old Golden is now a fishing buddy to a nice older man.

Oswald - a Persian Kitten rescued from the shelter - seemed to have a minor neurological disorder. He has a new home with a vet tech.

Oscar- We helped place Oscar into a new home when his family was moving

Nicki (Part of Hope's Litter)

Oliver

Ozzy

Shelter rescue w/ her litter. Unfortunately her litter had pneumonia and did not survive.

Panda- Rescued w/ her Aussie Mom and Litter. The whole litter had Parvo- we were able to save 4 of the 6. Sadly, we lost sweet Panda

Roy is a 7-8 year old Aussie that spent 9 months in the play pen aree at the shelter until we were finally able to transport him to Aussie rescue.

Priss -rescued from shelter w/ her mom Lady and the rset of her litter.

Priss almost grown up.

A whole litter of mixed pups! They had fun chasing my 4 year old and trying to drink out of the pool- don't worry- life guard on duty. They eventually went to PAL.

Rachel's baby

Newborn kitten

This little Poodle was so matted! She was very old too- but she found a home w/ a nice elderly lady.

Ranger- Ranger cought my eye one day and he had an injury to his paw- he also had Parvo and despite treatment -we lost him.

Rex was a 7 year old Terrier mix that had no luck being adopted from the shelter so we took him to PAL.

Rocky is a 7 year old Golden Ret. He was turned in by his owner. He only has one eye but that did not stop Golden Retriever Rescue from helping him out!

Rocky in his new home w/ his new brother Angus! A nice family realized that Rocky had many good years ahead of him and they didn't care about his missing eye at all!

Romeo now Robbie is a blind Collie that we fostered in San Diego until Collie Rescue Saved the day. We were able to donate $300 towards his very costly eye surgery. He is a beautiful boy w/ tons of personality! If you ignore him he will nip your bottom.

Roxy

Fostered and adopted by our "Dalmatian People" in Barstow :) Roxy soon got over her trauma from being dumped at the shelter pregnant.

Don't worry these girls are professional kitty handlers and closely supervised by ME (Gina). Robbie (left) and Natalie have a lot of experience caring for foster pets and have been to the shelter many times and know all about the pets w/ no Mommies. They also fully understand loving them and letting them go so we can save some more.

Rudy

Sandy

Yes -it's a dog! A Schnauzer if I remember correctly. He was neutered - but his owners forgot to brush him and look for him when he was lost! Lucy, at the Funky Poodle in Hesperia, groomed him and found him a home. He had stickers and burrs all in his mess along w/ some other smelly stuff caked on.

Sable now Zoey has a nice home in Temecula!

Samantha- Owner turn in to shelter - off to Border Collie Rescue.

Sammy- sent off to PAL. Adopted from shelter by a military gal and returned, but intercepted by us,  when her husband was transferred. We also took her cat that almost spent the night in a box outside the shelter!

Chance is now SCOOBY and sort of our Mascot, too! He has a wonderful home in San Juan Capistrano.

Here is Scooby w/ a tiny kitten- he is a gentle giant - part Dane. A lot to LOVE!

Snoopy/Kobe at shelter!

Snoopy (left right and center) is now Kobe. He was being picked on by another puppy at the shelter. He had a bloody lip so we took him to the vet.

Kobe had a broken jaw! He was adopted and then later placed in another home by Akita Rescue after his family could not keep him.

Scraggle, named for his scruffy look, was rescued at 3 weeks old and was the only to survive from his litter.

Scraggle -lives the high life now. He is a typical cat but also acts much like a dog!
